A next action with its context

The example project view now places an action owner and agreed due date beside the current decision. A reader can see the question that led to the task without leaving the review card. The change keeps the short next step visible while the full discussion remains in its own record.

What to review

For an existing example project, check that the owner refers to the person taking the next action rather than the person who wrote the note.
